Phạm vi / Scope Ứng dụng hỗ trợ quét tài liệu, nhận dạng văn bản OCR, quản lý trang và xuất/chia sẻ PDF hoặc hình ảnh. Ứng dụng hiện không yêu cầu tài khoản TivoraCore để sử dụng chức năng chính. The app provides document scanning, OCR text recognition, page management, and PDF/image export or sharing. The current version does not require a TivoraCore account for core features. 2. Tài liệu và OCR / Documents and OCR TivoraCore không thiết kế API cấu hình để tải lên hoặc lưu nội dung tài liệu, ảnh quét hoặc văn bản OCR của người dùng. Tài liệu do ứng dụng quản lý được lưu cục bộ trên thiết bị, trừ khi người dùng chủ động chia sẻ/xuất sang ứng dụng hoặc dịch vụ khác. The TivoraCore configuration API is not designed to upload or store user document images, scanned files, or OCR text. Documents managed by the app are stored locally unless the user explicitly exports or shares them to another app/service. 3. Google ML Kit / Android scanning services Ứng dụng sử dụng các thành phần Google ML Kit/Google Play services cho quét tài liệu và nhận dạng văn bản. Việc xử lý của các thành phần Google tuân theo điều khoản/chính sách của Google. TivoraCore không dùng API cấu hình của mình để nhận nội dung tài liệu. The app uses Google ML Kit/Google Play services components for document scanning and text recognition. Google components are governed by Google terms/policies. TivoraCore does not use its configuration API to receive document content. 4. API TivoraCore Ứng dụng gọi https://api.tivoracore.com để tải cấu hình ứng dụng, quảng cáo, giới hạn tần suất, feature flags và URL chính sách/hỗ trợ. Máy chủ có thể nhận dữ liệu mạng kỹ thuật thông thường như địa chỉ IP, thời điểm yêu cầu, user-agent và log lỗi máy chủ. The app calls https://api.tivoracore.com for app configuration, ads configuration, frequency limits, feature flags, and policy/support URLs. The server may receive ordinary technical network data such as IP address, request time, user-agent and server logs. 5. Quảng cáo / Advertising Ứng dụng có thể sử dụng Google Mobile Ads và Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google có thể xử lý các dữ liệu như địa chỉ IP, mã nhận dạng thiết bị/quảng cáo, tương tác ứng dụng/quảng cáo và dữ liệu chẩn đoán cho quảng cáo, phân tích, đo lường và phòng chống gian lận theo chính sách của Google. The app may use Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google may process data such as IP address, device/advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostics for advertising, analytics, measurement and fraud prevention under Google policies. 6. Chia sẻ tệp / File sharing Khi người dùng chủ động chia sẻ/xuất PDF, JPG hoặc nội dung sang ứng dụng/dịch vụ khác, nơi nhận sẽ xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ. When the user explicitly exports or shares PDF/JPG/content to another app or service, the destination processes that data under its own policy. 7. Xóa dữ liệu / Data deletion Người dùng có thể xóa tài liệu trong ứng dụng, xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng trong Cài đặt Android hoặc gỡ cài đặt ứng dụng. Bản sao đã chủ động chia sẻ sang nơi khác phải được xóa tại nơi nhận. Users can delete documents in the app, clear app data in Android Settings, or uninstall the app. Copies explicitly shared elsewhere must be deleted at the destination. 8. Trẻ em / Children Ứng dụng không được thiết kế riêng cho trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. The app is not specifically designed for children under 13. 9.
